About the Service Delivery Manager
PLEASE NOTE: CAT 1 SECURITY CLEARANCE WILL BE REQUIRED
- You will have experience of managing the delivery of Security and / or infrastructure services to the Government and / or Enterprise customers
- Proficient in acting as the main point of contract for internal and external customers for operational issues
- Outstanding ability to continuously improve service standard and cultivate strong customer relationships
Responsibilities
- Ensure that quality standards are maintained in line with SLAs
- Resolve incidents, project P&L and delivery regular operational reports
- Manage and refine the service delivery processes to customers
Experience Required
- Degree in IT or related field
- Experience in managed / professional / consulting services delivery, preferably related to Security or Infrastructure management
- Technical background in Security or Infrastructure, with a knowledge of security protocols bring an advantage
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and / or Security vendor training would be advantageous
