About the Sales Consultant:
The Sales Consultant will work in between the Recruitment Team and clients. They will work in partnership with the management taking control of the sales and account management process from client acquisition through to relationship management.
Sales Consultants will work within a vertical market specialization having direct touch points to a network of mid, senior and executive contacts to penetrate through and convert prospects into becoming existing accounts.
They will develop a deep understanding of the various market trends within their assigned technology space to come up with a Client Map and develop new opportunities from new or existing clients.
The Sales Consultant will also be at the forefront of market activities and is constantly updated with business intelligence which they can feedback to the SearchElect organisation ensuring that the company remains competitive in the marketing initiatives it does and capitalises on these market trends to generate business opportunities.

- Experience working in a Sales and Business Development function ideally in a hr services, recruitment consulting environment.
- Hands on B2B Sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity when dealing with clients, candidates and internal teams
- Adhering to the usage of internal CRM and systems
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good business sense to understand entire supply chain and continually self improve and provide insight to help how the business can improve its process and procedures in Sales and Account Management.
