About the PreSales Consultant -ASEAN
- Your role will be to work closely with the Regional Director to provide Presales and technical support of the entire sales process.
- In collaboration with Partners, you will demonstrate to customer’s the products capabilities and solutions to customer’s needs
- You will be responsible for conducting demonstrations and presentations both remotely and at customer locations.
- Expertise in Email security and deep understanding of associated attack vectors
- Strong understanding of communication protocols (DNS, DHCP, SMB, FTP, Proxy, TCP/IP)
- Ability to overcome technical and competitive objections and be adept in accelerating the completion of the sales cycle
- Knowledge of virtualisation, (VMWare, Hyper-V) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, in order to leverage and maximise partner and customer relationships
