About the Role
- Developing the company’s long-range sales strategy and forecasting sales volumes for the entire organization, building customer and partner relationships, and territory planning and segmentation.
- Identify sales opportunities and conduct feasibility checks to ensure maximum conversion of these opportunities to generate revenue as per sales strategy/ targets.
- Positioning and promoting the value proposition, leading sales/account managers in the development and expansion of opportunities and reinforcing existing relationships.
- Responsible for annual revenue quota booking with significant growth in subsequent years with an emphasis on the development of client relationships and customer delivery.
- Leading a team of enterprise sales managers managing the key enterprise accounts for the company.
- Responsible for the team’s growth, performance and overall development within the business.
- This role will be leading the drive for Digitalization, Technological and Communications Transformation for Enterprises in the region along with a team of competent Enterprise Sales Managers.

- Managed Security Services
- Content delivery networks
- Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud

- Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCaaS)

Please note: Interested Applicants must be able to work in Singapore.
- Extensive experience in a leadership position from Telecommunications or System Integrator companies.
- Extensive experience leading a sales team.
- Comes from an account management/field sales background.
