Our client specialises in providing a full suite of Solutions to the Hospitality industry.  With over 25 years of experience, they have transformed from implementing early adoption of technology such as telephony systems to becoming a market leader in providing solutions for the entire Hospitality ecosystem.  

Our client has significantly impacted operation effectiveness for over 5000 hospitality customers across the globe. The have very close relationships with leading brand names and hotel groups, and have also developed numerous products which help enable their clients across 4*/5* hotels, integrated resorts, boutique high end luxurious resorts manage and serve up to 3.5 million guests worldwide.  

Today, our client is thriving from a developing Asia market and is looking to use its capabilities with solutions in the leading edge technology space such as Mobility, Applications, SaaS, Hosting, Consulting and Professional Services and Outsourced Services

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Directing the sale of FCS products & services in the region
  • Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
  • Develop sales strategies and forecast sales volumes for all products and channels
  • Establish short and long term goals including quota assignments in line with corporate objectives
  • Ensure integrity in Sales Force for reporting and forecasting purposes
  • Establish compensation, training and sales incentive programs relevant to the region
  • Oversee the hiring and development of a (regional) sales organization, appropriate for the company’s maturity/size
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute lead generation programs
  • Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers (MACs) and channel partners within the region
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop, establish and direct channel / distribution strategies and programs

 

General Management:

  • Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise
  • Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels and consistently contribute to a positive work environment for the entire team
  • Assist in hiring new staff that ultimately prove to be excellent, long-term hires
  • Take the lead on implementing at least one internal program/procedure per quarter that improves office moral and/or contributes to staff retention
  • Develop relationships with vendors or contractors that represent a variety of fields (media, design, Web, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with other firms that are like-minded and suitable for/open to partnering with FCS on projects when appropriate
  • Work closely and build internal relationships across all parts of the FCS business, Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR and Research & Development
  • Travel as needed
