About the Communications Solution Architect

  • Assist the Enterprise Sales Strategy and Business Objectives covering business partners and activities
  • Up-keep the skills, autonomy and professionalism of the company and Pre-Sales Business Partner
  • Oversee company’s technology infrastructure and provide strategic solutions in meeting the company’s objectives
  • Champion drivers, business cases and overall implementation plans
  • Provide technical solutions to client’s needs and requirements by connecting a range of standard products and third-party suppliers in the conceptual solution architecture
  • Liaise and feedback between the client on the value proposition of solutions and work with product specialists to obtain technical requirements
  • Raise feature request to Comms Business Unit if enhancement is required on the products and solutions
  • Ensure the smooth process and integrity of the final proposed solution involving the accounts team to derive and recommend solutions
  • Influence and convince clients with technical delivery and financial profitability in meeting business requirements  
  • Converge technical knowledge between peers and business partners to create future opportunities
  • A sound knowledge of the market and competitors to provide value and unique proposition in customising solutions
  • Conduct POC and promotion in Comms, tradeshows and events

About You

Please note: Interested Applicants must be able to work in Singapore.

  • Pre-sales experience in Enterprise Voice, Unified Communications, Collaboration Applications and network
  • Flexibility in communication and tailoring to client needs
  • Presentation and language skills
  • Technical skills in specialised area
  • Selling skills and partnership experience
  • Experience in Contact Centre Solutions designing required
  • ACPS certification or equivalent
  • Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related studies
  • Over 5 years of in customer-facing role preferred (sales, sales engineering, consulting)
  • Over 3 years in architecture experience desired in conceptualisation, definition, development and/or implementation of IT/Telco based solutions in the areas of Enterprise Communications Services (VoIP, IP PBX), Contact Centre, Unified Communications Technologies, Cloud Services
