About the Channels Manager
Your role will be to manage, maintain and penetrate existing Telco and Service Provider Channel partners. Through your existing contacts and strengths in relationship building, you will be able to raise the company portfolio and maximise revenue. In addition, you will be expected to devise a new Channels strategy to attract and sign new partners through Business Development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit accurate weekly channel pipeline and funnel reports
- Work closely with other departments (Technical, Operations, Finance and Products) to ensure the Partner’s expectations are met
- Create sales proposal and perform presentations to Partners
Experience Required
- Relevant University Degree
- Extensive experience in managing Telco and Service Provider Channel relationships
- Some experience of selling Security related solutions would be preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to be agile and adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations
