About the Global Account Manager,
You will be assigned to a regional account management position, accountable for selling into the global accounts of the organisation ranging from large Enterprise clients to selling with Service Providers.
You possess ample understanding of the customer’s IT strategy and business requirements and be able to identify the right solution sets that meet these requirements/needs.
You have a strong knowledge and experience in global account strategy and use this to gain revenue through the customer’s international outfits. You will then be supported y local sales teams for more complex engagements.
You are adept in forecasting monthly/quarterly opportunity pipeline and execute a winning strategy for these opportunities to close.
You must have the knack to expand and increase market share for all multi-national customers operating in the Asia Pacific region.
This role will be reporting directly to the Director that is based in Singapore.
You will be managing global account relationships in APAC
You will drive the strategic account planning and responsible expanding the global accounts in and out of APAC.
Develop a business plan to lead a functional in supporting the growth of the account/s assigned.
Key POC for the assigned global accounts.
Provide functional leadership to in-country local sales team in growing business from the target global accounts.
Manage customer relationships.
Update opportunity statuses in the sales tools in an orderly and timely fashion.
Your role is measured on invoiced revenue and profitability of accounts.
KPI also includes boosting cooperation across each country in the region to grow the assigned accounts.

University degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent field of study
Experience in sales or account management (training will be provided)
Organised and possess good sales hygiene.
Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative, resourceful and open to explore new market segments/accounts they may not have an direct experience in.
Possess a customer oriented attitude and focused on meeting the customer’s needs.
