Our client is a global leader in providing software and application solutions. They opened their Singapore office more than 5 years ago with 4 people and grew the Singapore office to 70 people now. They are very successful in what they do and have achieved significant growth in Sales year on year. Due to the nature of their business, they are still acquiring new clients and are still expanding their Singapore office.

About the Account Manager - Enterprise and Commercial
As a Software Sales for the enterprise and commercial market, your job is to identify and qualify sales leads, pitch the company's award-winning software solutions to enterprises, and manage the full sales. You'll identify customers' current and future IT challenges to help match our client's products and support services to meet those needs. If you're driven and eager to hit the ground running with your sales career and have proven enterprise sales experience or SI Professional Service skillset, then we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new prospects and expanding existing accounts
  • Managing complex sales cycles with a consultative sales approach
  • Planning and delivering presentations that give prospective and existing customers insights into how our solutions solve their challenges
  • Attending remote and on-site meetings with clients
  • Working with dedicated pre-sales engineers and other cross-functional team members to help close business
  • Communicating the company's latest solutions to prospective and existing clients
  • Collaborating with teams in different territories and offices
  • Contributing personally and leading others towards a productive, high-energy, and achievement-oriented team environment
  • Continuously exhibiting our core values and being a role model for members of your team
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback and validation on a regular basis for key performance measures and progress/attainment toward defined outcomes
  • Driving the commitment to continuous improvement for the team, department and company

About You

Please note: Interested Applicants must be able to work in Singapore.

  • Polytechnic background or above
  • Past experience in the software/technology industry
  • 3 years of previous software sales experience preferred
  • Passionate about the IT industry and Sales work
  • Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, resilience and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills to articulate company vision, product changes and adapting to new strategies
  • Plenty of initiative and determination to surpass performance goals
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Courage to do the right thing and hold others accountable to our shared values
