Jay started his journey within the technology recruitment industry for a London based blue-chip company in 2004. He focused on placing specialist technology contractors across Software, Automation and BA/PM. In 2009, Jay accepted the opportunity to move to Singapore to work in the emerging Asian market to start up and grow a technology recruitment business. In 2011, Jay founded SearchElect to cater for the rapidly expanding and transforming technology market across Asia from Singapore.
To date, Jay has over 15 years of specialist technology recruitment experience across both European and Asian markets helping SME and MNC clients across a large range of business sectors. What makes Jay unique is his 15 years of recruitment experience across the entire technology stack and his continual passion to keep up with the steep curve of technology and human advancements. Today, Jay's team in SearchElect is built around an agile, scalable and knowledge driven business model. SearchElect help clients to navigate a complex human and techno landscape further complicated by, generational, political and socioeconomics.
